Pro-tip: Don’t Act Shady Carrying Meth in Sheriff’s Parking Lot

Proving once again that meth is a powerful drug, David Ray Noak, III was arrested in central Texas in the Fayette County Sheriff’s Parking Lot.  Noak and a buddy were there to get some stuff from a buddy who was locked up.  They were hanging out and looking shady.  A couple of deputies approached them, and having probable cause to search, due to his shadiness, searched Noak.

Yep, Noak was holding.  Then he was wearing orange.

So there’s today’s two-part pro-tip: (1) don’t carry meth in the jail parking lot; and (2) if you’re carrying meth in the jail parking lot, don’t look shady.

Much in life can be taken care of with a good deadpan.  Had Noak and his buddy come to the jail at the appropriate time to get their stuff, or hell, waited until their buddy got out, they’d have probably been as fine as a meth-head can be.  If they’d come to the jail and kept a deadpan and looked like they knew what they were doing, there would have been no probable cause to search them.  This really leads to the third pro-tip of the day: don’t do meth.
