Florida has Bears, Pigs, Pythons, Kenya has Lions in Traffic!!

While Florida has feral hogs and pythons  and surfing rattlesnakes, and has recently had a proliferation of bears that crash birthday parties, and then attack people walking little dogs, Nairobi, Kenya has overtaken Florida in a big way.  A way that perhaps Florida cannot come back from.

Lions in Nairobi Traffic, for real.
Last week in Nairobi, Kenya, there were two male lions playing in downtown traffic.

That’s right Florida, the stakes have been raised.  Lions in downtown traffic is the new standard for wildlife in cities messing with the citizenry.

While I’m sure that Florida has had alligators in traffic, I’m not sure that some South Florida rapper who has a tiger in his backyard won’t step up soon to retake the title. It seems that every time Florida’s title is challenged, it steps up.  Bold move required here. Oklahoma, you have been left in the dust.
